Some time ago, I’d heard that he was laid to rest in the Box Hill Cemetery and so I made the pilgrimage out there. I can’t say why, exactly, except for perhaps having become fascinated by the life that he had led this was as close as I’d ever come to actually coming in contact with the man. As you can see, the grave stands out from those around it, obviously in an effort to commemorate a lifetime of achievements. The thing that really struck me was that there was no mention of family. It seemed a little sad.
